The Prospecting and Innovation Studio or Pi Studio is housed in the Design Department at Goldsmiths, University of London. It produces applied and practice theory research exploring the various notions of ‘futures’ that engage the practices of design and pioneers creative methodologies often described as critical design thinking.

The Pi Studio works with public, private and third sectors organisations on projects exploring social innovation, emergent technologies, media, and product development.
